About the Role
As Customer Service & Order Coordinator, you will be the first point of contact for our customers — handling inquiries, coordinating deliveries and returns, keeping customers informed about their orders, and resolving issues with effective solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- ✓Respond to inquiries, bookings, and feedback via WhatsApp, Email, and Crisp
- ✓Coordinate deliveries and returns, ensuring smooth communication
- ✓Keep customers informed about order statuses
- ✓Address customer issues with effective solutions
Requirements
- •Previous customer service experience
- •Bilingual: Bahasa Indonesia & English (other languages a plus)
- •Organized, proactive, and detail-oriented
- •Computer proficiency with Mac/PC
- •Based in or willing to relocate to Bali
